The preparation of Thai food at the event is headed by chef Surachai Arsarat, who works at ‘Thai Soul’, Grand Hyatt, Kochi and a connoisseur of Thai cuisine. Delicious delicacies and culture of Thailand can be experienced during this span. The use of authentic Thai ingredients like Thai ginger, lemongrass, peanuts and techniques as explained by chef makes the food tastes flavorful and delicious.

I got an opportunity to attend the fest and taste a few dishes and I must say the flavors are truly magical. The servers dressed in funky colourful attire adds to the over all feel of the culture of Thailand.
