Idea behind this event is to showcase street style delicacies from around the world. What better time to have it than a Sunday brunch? The time where everyone likes to relax, chill, enjoy, shop and have a good family time, eating good food. As soon you enter the carts arranged with fruits and vegetables, chat corner, icecream station gives you a street style feel in a classic way. As you inch deeper, the Live Grill Station (which has every single type of meat for non veg lovers), Sushi Station, French Station, Asian Station and our very own the desi style Lucknow and Amritsar Station will surely make you visit places and experience the culture from across the world. The authentic preparation that is been done on live stations gives you the feel of the place or city. It just feels like visiting a street for shopping and then hopping on a food station for some food.
The people from around the world will give you a mixed culture experience and you might feel you are already on a trip to world.
The head chef, Chef Anirban along with his dedicated and talented team of chefs’ curates the menu every week and works on recipes from around the world. The menu changes every Sunday showcasing food and culture from different cities.

I loved the idea of having live stations, giving an energetic and happening feel to the place and justifying the name Eat Street Brunch. The live music band adds to the overall liveliness of the place. Such music brings enthusiasm among people to enjoy even more and spend a well-deserved perfect Sunday. This concept brings more oomph than a mundane dead buffet idea.

The impression of spending a perfect Sunday has been raised to another extend by keeping the basics intact.
It’s a huge buffet with wide variety to choose from and try new dishes.

Asian Cuisine – I tried different salads having amazing flavors, dimsums, noodles, grilled pineapple and I loved it sll. The aroma coming from the food, being prepared right in front, on a live station increased my hunger even more.

Indian Cuisine – This time it was from the streets of Amritsar. My favorite North Indian cuisine won my heart and pleased my taste buds. The chole kulche being served were exactly the way it’s in Amritsar. The flavors were bang on. The spices were balanced and the kulcha served along was the best I have had ever. I have not even had such soft and crisp kulcha in Amritsar.

Mango lassi and regular lassi were perfect to beat the heat in summers.

Chat Corner – Street food is incomplete without Indian chat. I tried panipuri and dahipuri which were perfect on flavours.

Desserts – The never ending lined up desserts made me miss the mains. The number of calories I gained with plates full of desserts left me with zero sweet quota for the month.
The chocolate fountain was fun to dig in with my favorite jellies and eat them hot. How could I have missed the live counter of my favorite donuts and waffles. Those decadent pastries in different flavors tasted amazing. Indian desserts did not fail to impress too. Freshly prepared traditional Indian desserts gave a perfect ending to the fun filled and memorable day.

Cost – Cost is 1499/- for per person for Sunday brunch, without drinks
Timings – Sunday 12:30 PM – 04:00 PM
Location – Hyatt Regency, Weikfield IT Park, Nagar Road, Viman Nagar, Pune
Overall Experience – Some places just gives you memories for life and this is one such place. Its not just about food, ambiance or service but overall exposure that you get with travel of culture of different places can be experienced here. Loved to an extent that words cannot define. Relived my memories of travel to UK and Europe in India itself.
