Ingredients
  

  • 1 Tbsp Oil
  • 1 Tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 2 Cloves Garlic
  • 1 No. Whole Red Chilli
  • 1 Large Sliced Onion
  • 1 Tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 Tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1 Tsp Amchur Powder
  • 1/4th Tsp Garam Masala Powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 400 gms Kundru/Tendli
  • Dash of water
  • Coriander Leaves

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Splutter cumin seeds, add garlic and whole red chilli. Cook for a min.
  • Next add sliced onions and cook till translucent.
  • Finally add sliced kundru and mix well.
  • Cover and cook till half done. Stir in between to prevent it from burning.
  • Add turmeric powder, salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, amchur powder and garam masala powder.
  • Mix well. Add a dash of water to combine all the flavours well.
  • Cover and cook till done. Stir in between so that it doesn’t stick to the bottom of the pan.
  • Finish it with coriander leaves. Mix well.
  • Serve hot with roti or paratha.

• Keep stirring in between to prevent it from burning.
