Instructions
Heat oil in a pan.
Splutter cumin seeds, add garlic and whole red chilli. Cook for a min.
Next add sliced onions and cook till translucent.
Finally add sliced kundru and mix well.
Cover and cook till half done. Stir in between to prevent it from burning.
Add turmeric powder, salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, amchur powder and garam masala powder.
Mix well. Add a dash of water to combine all the flavours well.
Cover and cook till done. Stir in between so that it doesn’t stick to the bottom of the pan.
Finish it with coriander leaves. Mix well.
Serve hot with roti or paratha.
