- 1 Cup Curd
- 1 Tbsp Coriander
- 1 Tbsp Mint & Ginger
- Water as required
- Salt to taste
- 1 Tsp Roasted Cumin Powder
- 1 Tsp Black Salt
In a blender jar, add curd, coriander leaves, mint, ginger, salt and black salt.
Blend everything well.
Add water as per required consistency.
Give it a blend.
Serve fresh.
• Cut ginger into small pieces after use.
• Adjust water as per required consistency.
